When you register as a visitor, we collect your name, phone number, ID or passport number, the person or department you are visiting, laptop or device details and your responses to a short health questionnaire. We also capture your photograph for security purposes and issue you with a visitor card and capture your and CCTV footage for monitoring purposes while on site.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process your data to:

• Manage and identify visitors entering our premises.
• Maintain security and safety of persons and property.
• Comply with health, safety and legal requirements.

3. How We Use and Protect Your Data

Your data is used only for visitor management and safety purposes and with strict adherence to the Data Protection Act, 2019 and the Company’s Data Protection Policy. It is accessed strictly by authorized personnel and our contracted security providers. We retain your data only as long as necessary and then securely delete it in accordance with our Data Retention and Disposal Policy.

4. Data Sharing

Your data may be shared with relevant authorities or service providers only where necessary for security, legal or compliance purposes. We do not share your information for marketing or unrelated purposes.
